"I'd had IBS for about 7 years, which was getting progressively worse as time went on before I met Will. I went to one of his introductory talks and he said that the meditation he taught could not only cure IBS, but had a whole host of other awesome benefits. Just being in the same room made my stomach feel better (which was hurting at the time!) so I thought I'd take a chance. It's been about 4 months since I started meditating using the technique Will taught me and I've had 1 tummy upset because I ate something bad. Anyone who suffers from IBS will understand what a miracle that is! My morning poo is one of my favourite times of day. I've never been so regular in my life and it's awesome!! No more trapped wind, bloatedness, cramps....it's magic. I had always considered myself a pretty chilled person, but there is a lot of background stress in life that I had never really noticed consciously, but was having a massive effect on my everyday life. "The group meditations that you have access to after you have learned are amazing. It's difficult to articulate the relaxation & satisfaction that comes every time you do one. I look on the meditation from a scientific point of view and not a spiritual one, and I have been really pleased with the results so far and I actually cannot wait to take it to the next level on a retreat, I am really intrigued by how good this is!"Read More >
"I've found the meditations really soothing and I look forward to them. I've done one on a crowded train, a couple on a park bench and I've now got in the habit of meditating in the car before walking my dog in the morning. I find it incredibly comforting having this new tool to combat my anxiety and repetitive barrage of negative thoughts. I still struggle with letting them spiral but I feel it's making me calmer on the inside."Read More >
"Vedic meditation has given me the tools to put myself back together following a difficult time. I am learning to be gentle with myself, my anxiety levels have decreased and I feel more open to all possibilities. "Read More >
"I have now been meditating for 4 years. Having tried a whole range of different techniques in that time, I can safely say that Vedic Meditation is by miles the easiest technique to learn and more importantly the most straight forward one to integrate into your daily life without even having to think about 'making time' for it. The course was brilliant, laid back and informal yet very informative. By the end of it I was buzzing! It has taken years of searching, but I have now finally found the kind of meditation I've been looking for. Will, Jess and Elle are such a kind, supportive and open-minded bunch. I am so grateful to have found you guys, thank you!"Read More >

There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
