"I seem to be on better grounding and into the swing of practicing twice daily, every day. The meditations are experiences that range from profound to roving. I've been to the group sessions since to help me realign and its interesting to hear peoples feedback. Outside of the meditation, I feel more grounded, focused and calm. For me, the meditation is truely beneficial and helps me in a holistic way. Many thanks for your help in the tuition, I found it interesting and inspirational. "Read More >

"I came to Vedic meditation because I had a condition which caused me a lot of pain and was on medication which had side effects I would rather have avoided. Within a short time of learning, the pain cleared and I was able to come off the medication and I haven't been on it since. I was a real relief."Read More >

"I've been working with various meditation practices for many years but I always found it far too easy to come up with an excuse not to sit and practice, until now that is. I came away from Will's introductory course feeling totally tranquil for the first time in years. Eloquently guiding us through the course, Will has a wonderfully gifted ability to mix science with spiritual understanding. He leads you through the basic principles and techniques in a way that anyone could follow and implement and it all comes together into such an easy practise. By the end of the course you feel armed with everything you need to make it work for you. "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
