"I have experimented with lots of meditation techniques but can say that without a shadow of a doubt Vedic meditation is by far the most powerful. I just can't express enough how much I've gotten out of it, 6 months in and my meditations are still my favourite part of the day! Will, Jess and the team are beyond amazing and without them this gift would not be possible, so I am profoundly grateful and humble for their guidance and support."Read More >
"The meditation really works! I've not experienced jet lag on intercontinental flights."Read More >
"I would urge those with even the faintest curiosity about Vedic Meditation to pursue it. The process of learning is entirely culturally unchallenging - there is no singing, no lotus position and no religious agenda. You will not be asked to question your own beliefs but invited to learn from your own experience. "Read More >
"I've been a spiritual seeker for many years, and although everything I tried made a difference, it is Vedic meditation that caused the most profound shift in my life- at all levels and in a very short amount of time. I developed discipline. I started having faith in me and speaking up. I made friends with amazing, loving people, healed some deep wounds and grown up. Vedic meditation with Will is by far the best spiritual investment I've ever made."Read More >
"A huge smile comes to my face and a feeling of relief when I think of WWM. A smile because the people running the course and all the people attending the course are lovely and it is such a happy experience. The relief comes from knowing I have been given the tools to deal with every difficult, sad and unpleasant situation life can throw at you. Then I smile again because the more I use the tools the less unhappy situations I find myself in. WWM = 1 continuous smile..."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
