Come along to one of our FREE talks and learn about the benefits of Vedic meditation.
Hosted by Will, one of Europe’s top meditation experts, this relaxed and informative session provides a great introduction to the technique.
We will explore:
How Vedic meditation works – a dive into the science of this fascinating practise.
What makes it so simple & effective (hence why we love it!).
Why this technique is so relevant to our modern lives.
Its profound and numerous benefits.
"My life can be divided into two parts: My life before I started meditating , and my life starting after. After is better. Much better. I learned Vedic meditation with Will 8 months ago and it has had a profoundly positive impact on my life. The benefits started very quickly once I began meditating and I can feel the changes continuing to come with each passing month. My confidence is much, much higher, and I now have real sense of exactly who I am. I have also found that since practising this technique I feel much happier. And isn't that really what we're all looking for? "Read More >
"We have been on many retreats in the past but nothing quite compares to this one. Not only were we able to experience new levels of bliss and love but we actually came away having being taught the toolkit to access and develop these emotions on a day to day basis. "Read More >
"The calm is bliss. The two mini holidays a day feel like a total luxury. I need less validation from the outside world, feel like I'm rebuilding myself piece by piece and am more equipped to cope with the insanity of modern first world living and the overwhelming tsunami of information blasted at us daily."Read More >
"The rounding retreat was such a special weekend. Will, Jess and the rest of the team put so much thought and love into it (thank you!!), and it felt like the opening of a million doors."Read More >
"Three months on, I continue to experience the benefits of Vedic Meditation. It has become a way of life for me now and has brought me into an even better place than what I was in before I started. One major improvement I've noticed is my eyesight! I have always been short-sighted and worn glasses. "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
