"I used to have repeated buzzing ear on one side whenever I thought too much or was stressed but as soon as I started a meditation, it immediately went away in the first 30sec. And now I don't have it anymore. Which is a wonderful thing! I seem to make better decision too. Absolutely a life time tool I need! Thank you so much!"Read More >
"My colleagues in the work place say they have noticed a positive difference in the way I interact with them in my role as CEO. I know I have seen positive responses from my work colleagues in return and that makes for a happier and more efficient work place and can only help the business improve. I would recommend the course and its benefits to anyone and everyone for improved personal wellbeing. It is also a tool that businesses should seriously consider adding to their employee program. Thank you Will"Read More >
"The Beginner's Meditation Course was wonderful, it was structured really well, and Will delivered the information in a no-nonsense way. Will is a fountain of knowledge and it was a privilege to learn from him. I have already noticed that I feel less stressed and am extremely glad that I did this course. "Read More >
"I was recommended this beginners course from a dear friend and to say I have been delighted is a complete understatement! I have tried some meditation previously with very little success and just presumed that I 'couldn't do it’ and tat it was a bit hippy and not for me, but the techniques which you have shared with me have been transformational and I feel so excited at the possibilities and where it's going to take me in so many areas. After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
