"I have tried other types of meditation, most recently vipassana and mindfulness, but Vedic Meditation through Will's teaching came more easily and gave more than I had thought possible. I've found it increasingly profound and restorative in its effect on my life. It continually surprises me how peaceful and rejuvenating the experience is, I would recommend it to anyone. "Read More >
"Vedic meditation has opened a whole new way of living & being for me. My needs are fewer & I find myself wishing to give more to the people around me and into my work. I feel so inspired by life now! I also feel calmer, more peaceful and much more connected to the universe. I wasn't really expecting it to have such a huge impact like this, and all I can say is that I'm so grateful to Will and to Jess for all they have shared. I am now in a much better position to look at my life and make decisions about what I want to do with my life ....GO WILL !"Read More >
"I’ve done the week-end retreat which was incredible. I’ve experienced tolerance, acceptance, understanding of people and love them as they are. I thought I’ve already practiced them, but definitely not after this experience. Now I know what is the difference: now I can FEEL it! What an incredible sensation and it seems so easy. "Read More >
"The course was a revelation and I have been close to stress free and I am enjoying my life so much more now as my negativity has turned to positivity. In less than three weeks and everyone close to me has noticed the difference the change in my behaviour."Read More >
"Will very clearly reiterated all the elements of technique over the four days [of the course], and by the end I felt comfortable continuing by myself."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
