" I do not have enough words to explain how much I have gained from these 8 hours of beginner course. It's impossible to explain unless you try it. Life-changing? Yes, life changing, that's the only reductive adjective that can partially describe this intense 8 hours. It's just not a matter of starting to change the way you live the busy life our society pushes us to do, that is just a consequence, that is just brain"Read More >
" An interesting thing happened just 4 daysafter I have learned it. I run a half marathon (which I have only done 3 times prior). The last one was 4 months ago and because of the summer holidays I pretty much did not train for this race. I ran 14 mins faster than my last race and was really surprised with the result!"Read More >
"I've done many practices in my life, and I find this one releases stress quickly and profoundly. I really enjoy the way that Will teaches the course in such a practical and engaging way and I'm finding it very easy to do the 20 minute sessions each day "Read More >
"The meditation really works! I've not experienced jet lag on intercontinental flights."Read More >
"It feels that all my inner talents are coming to the fore and my creativity (I'm a designer) has rocketed. I am also finding that my ability to pitch ideas has vastly improved thanks to the meditation. I no longer get nervous when I am presenting my ideas and I no longer feel wounded or rejected if they don't get picked up. Will really is a truly meditation teacher and his commitment to teaching and bringing its benefits to his students is hugely impressive. If you're interested in learning Vedic meditation, or indeed any kind of meditation I'd recommend you go to one of Will's free introductory talks and learn all about it. You won't regret it."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
