"I used to practice Vipassana meditation and I whilst I loved it, I needed to find something that I could more easily integrate into my life. Will has given me a totally different approach of what meditation can be and provided me with this amazing new tool that allows me to tune into myself easily and without strain. I must say I am truly grateful to Will and Jess for having woken up and expanded all this inner knowledge, it has helped me to become more connected with myself and with those around me. Will is a truly dedicated teacher who is always there for you once the course has finished and he is such an inspiring person."Read More >
"Learning Vedic Meditation has felt very natural to apply into my every day life, and has very quickly become instinctive to do. The simplicity of what Will and his team gracefully teach is effortless to practice and make your own."Read More >
"Since starting I have continued and felt countless benefits from it. The main one being the impact it's had on an old neck problem. It somehow takes over the movement of my neck and manipulates it until the pain has gone. This happens in all of my meditations, once I open my eyes I get a sensation of relief. I could go on for hours but the best thing I can say is everyone is different and it'll give you an individual experience depending on what you need. #bestpartofmyday"Read More >

Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
