"Attending the meditation retreats and Vedic knowledge courses with Will has been particularly beneficial and enjoyable, as well as providing a wonderful opportunity to share the experience with others. I'd encourage anyone to learn to meditate given the wide reaching benefits, many substantiated by scientific medical research. Several friends have learnt with Will since observing the changes they've seen in me as a result, so if you're thinking about it, 100% give it a go! "Read More >
"I learnt to meditate with Will a bit more than a year ago and still absolutely love it. I also have been on a few advanced courses and a retreat and recommend everyone to at least do a retreat. It is like finding the reset button for yourself. You completely unwind and re-energise in just one weekend."Read More >
"I am quite an extroverted person, but found the concept of meditation quite intimidating and a bit nerve-wracking. Having the private session with Jess immediately made me comfortable and eager to start the meditation course. It is incredible to see first-hand how many people feel just as you do... everyone has things they are dealing with behind closed doors and it was refreshing to be surrounded by others who want to help conquer their demons through meditation and grow in their spirituality."Read More >
"I don't longer need caffeine in the morning to wake up or during the day to cheer up or gain more energy; I feel more calm, enough to deal better with difficult situations that I used to struggle with. This course was recommended to me by a friend saying:"You'll be surprised how much a little and easy thing can make best of your day and your life.""Read More >
"I instantly warmed to Jess and Will. They are gentle, encouraging and honest people that I feel privileged to have met, and learn from. I can't put into words the benefits of this type of meditation, it is the missing link in everything I was seeking to fix or improve in my life. I would pay 10 x the money now, knowing how much it has helped me. I can't thank Will and Jess enough, they have been helpful at every turn and I would whole heartedly recommend them, and any of their courses to anyone."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
