Its profound and numerous benefits.
"Having tried different types of meditation (such as using mindfulness apps on my phone), I wasn't sure how much Will's Vedic meditation could differ from the practices I had already tried... I was wrong! The technique is so simple and therefore significantly easier to integrate into daily life."Read More >
"The practice is effortless. The less you think about, the better it is, which goes against all other grains of thought (I have read spiritual and self-help books, practice yoga, had acupuncture and cranial osteopathy) - nothing else has been this transformational. My daughters' and I are really smiling again. Pain, loss and separation are no longer clinging on, and we feel free. Thank you to Will and, his wonderful, EXTRAORDINARY work"Read More >
"After a couple of hours in Will’s company, I not only knew how to meditate, I was also aware of myriad of benefits to meditation, so much so that I knew I was sold on it for life. That was over a year ago and I’m still going strong! If you can’t tell by now, I HIGHLY recommend that you come and learn from Will."Read More >
"I have more energy, I am more focused, I don't rush as much, I'm sleeping better and take time to find the joy in life rather than rush through it...ok so I just gave away the secret but for sure my little bubble of contentment and happiness is real and I attribute it to my new meditation practice. "Vedic meditation has changed my life. It has given me a wonderfully positive outlook on everything. I have become even more obsessed with nature. I now pick and choose my battles (if any!), am more calm and I need less sleep."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
