" If you want to feel less stressed, carefree, more understanding & compassionate towards others and more productive then it's definitely worth trying. I've found it so beneficial and important to keep in my life I'm eager to learn more. I'm currently attending the Exploring the Veda course which gives you the feeling that what we experience in our daily lives is just the tip of the iceberg and that there might be so much more potential out there we can start to explore. "You may have heard of the benefits of mediation but did not know where to start. Or you may have had a couple of classes and found it difficult to do it on your own. The practise of meditation is extremely simple, yet you may find it challenging to do it regularly. In this case, look no further, Will & Jess are here to help. Beside being wonderful individuals, they create a strong base to get you started and accompany you along the way bringing support and answering all your questions as everything unfolds. After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
