"I received my mantra and began meditating with Will in January, around 6 months ago. I had been interested in meditation for a while, but never attempted to meditate, until a friend who had tried various forms of meditation pointed me towards Will and Vedic meditation. Since the course I had integrated meditation into my daily lifestyle and now feel like I couldn't be without it. It has helped me to de-stress, think clearer and be more in touch with my inner self, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I would highly recommend anyone to Vedic meditation and Will is an excellent and highly knowledgeable teacher."Read More >
"I found the meditation weekend such a breakthrough experience, it was a long time I hadn’t felt that strong spiritual connection with the world and people around me. Will was very engaging and reassuring, even when the experience was challenging, and I felt safe to explore in the workshop setting. Vedic meditation helped me with sleep and stress level, but above all to reconnect with the present moment, which was exactly what I wanted to achieve."Read More >
"Will & his team are a meditation dream! Their support over the last year has been excellent and I am always appreciative :-) Vedic meditation in itself is a very reassuring skill to have; I consistently use it to my advantage."Read More >
"I feel as though I am walking around with a secret that no one else knows and that I am contained within a happiness bubble - I've always been pretty upbeat but I just feel awesome and chilled and generally just happy...I'm calling it my vedic happiness bubble'"Read More >
"It's been an amazing week. I have meditated twice a day, yesterday I was in the park. My senses feel heightened, I have had a visual feast watching my favourite Kubrick movies. I feel more confident. My brain has done some amazing healing."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
