"After 3 days of doing the meditations and feeling sceptical on the 4th morning I finished the meditation singing that song hallelujah and I have so much energy this morning I'm nearly skipping around the office. My mind is clearer and sharper than any time I can remember - I honestly can't remember the last time I had this much energy...its absolutely amazing! okay....I'm sold!"Read More >
"I'm really happy for having done the course. I do meditations as Will recommended, and the results have been amazing. I can’t believe how well I’m sleeping now, I never slept so deeply before. "Read More >
"Vedic meditation has given me the tools to put myself back together following a difficult time. I am learning to be gentle with myself, my anxiety levels have decreased and I feel more open to all possibilities. "Read More >

"I had been attempting to practise mindfulness for about 15 years but could never really clear my busy mind of thoughts and I always felt like a bit of a failure because of it. Vedic meditation turned out to be exactly what I was looking for: a very practical, very easy way of meditating. All I had to do was repeat the mantra Will gave me. Having meditated for four months, twice a day, I've already felt a significant difference in my life: There's a greater sense of underlying calm, a clearer perspective on the little dramas which no longer seem to affect me, and i'm convinced it has helped me to quit smoking too. I now feel I'm at the beginning of a lifelong journey - there is so much to discover it seems! Will is a very sincere and engaging exponent of this great knowledge."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
