"I participated in this training somewhat by chance. And I do not regret it at all ! This has made it possible for me to demystify the practice of meditation and to keep my life in balance, what I was missing. Jess and Will, I want to thank you. I have been struck by your kindness and your good energy. I can't wait to see you again in November for the retreat !"Read More >
"If you're looking for a practical tool that will make coping with modern life a little easier, Will's meditation technique is exactly what you need. For me, it takes the edge off the challenges in life, and adds a shine to the good stuff."Read More >
"I'd tried a few different types of meditation before but I found vedic meditation really worked for me - it's so easy to do, fits into your daily life and enabled me to connect in a way I hadn't managed previously. "Read More >
"Other coping mechanisms such as smoking and drinking have also been a problem for me and I have watched in a very short space of time, my need for those things, diminish. It's truly amazing and I feel high on life alone, a complete and utter blessing and something a lot of people around me, never managed to do. The change has enabled me to feel a sense of freedom in my life that I have been searching for, for a very long time. I would recommend this to anyone willing to give it a try. I am very grateful to have found this x"Read More >
"We have been on many retreats in the past but nothing quite compares to this one. Not only were we able to experience new levels of bliss and love but we actually came away having being taught the toolkit to access and develop these emotions on a day to day basis. "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
