Its profound and numerous benefits.
"I'm loving the meditation and amazed at the impact it's had on me. All the old anxieties have just melted away - I feel like I'm functioning in a completely different space. I can feel a change in my yoga teaching, yoga practise and especially how I'm engaging and (most importantly) responding to others. I feel like my life is in a true state of flow - it has been quite profound I must say."Read More >
"Will and Jess are so fantastic and have such a great knack for making you feel comfortable. They're great teachers and their support continues after the course finishes. I would totally recommend this course without question. Thanks Will and Jess"Read More >
"I've been practising since summer 17 and have discovered a reason to be cheerful. The calmness, ability to react positively, with mindfulness towards others, and most importantly with consideration of myself first, I can put down to the strength gleaned from daily meditation. My instructor (Jess) taught me well."Read More >
"The meditation is helping in many ways. I am able to sleep better without having to resort to sleep aid supplements & it is having a positive effect on regulating my digestive system. My twice daily meditations are now an integral part of my routine & also help me reach a calmer state of mind quicker, helps to ground me, and helps me make a transition between work and home. "Sound judgement, stronger intuition, choosing your battles, erasing and replacing redundant persons or situations with better things, communicating resourcefully with yourself and others - the list goes on; all no doubt by-products from the realignment, which comes from my daily meditation practice. I'm a social smoker, but must admit, smoking does feel like a dreadful habit now as opposed to that blissfully, lovely ritual it once was - sometime I don't even notice when I haven't had my one of three rollies a day. I can't walk on water, move mountains, but feeling alright again is a great starting point."Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
