"Will and Jess are absolutely beautiful people and I have had an amazing journey with them! I did the course about 8 months ago and have now been to two retreats. I have to say, I was a bit sceptical at first but I am sooooo happy I gave it a go. I was in a very dark place when I started and the regular group meds and their willingness to help me through this difficult time have made a huge difference. I am incredibly grateful for everything they've done and for the amazing quality of teaching and ongoing support! I would definitely recommend anyone who is ready to try something new to sign up for the course, you will not regret it!"Read More >
"I thought I had a very busy mind and that I had to do something about it ! Now I can tell you that is absolutely fine having thoughts, but with meditation you learn how to be in Control of it!"Read More >
"It's only been a few days but I have made sure I meditated twice as recommended and the change in me has been awesome...my colleagues and clients have picked up on my new positive attitude and the new happy vibes I have given off and I just feel like an all round better person."Read More >
"I was in such a state when I learned a year ago. I couldn't sleep, I had terrible anxiety, and my depression was quite literally killing me. I am happy to say that meditation has quite literally changed my life."Read More >
"The calm is bliss. The two mini holidays each day feel like a total luxury. I need less validation from the outside world, feel like I'm rebuilding myself piece by piece and am more equipped to cope with the insanity of modern first world living and the overwhelming tsunami of information blasted at us daily. I actually very much like myself now. That is worth all the cyber thumbs up in the worldT"Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
