"The thing I love about this type of meditation is how much it improves my concentration, it makes my work so much easier!"Read More >
"Will & his team are a meditation dream! Their support over the last year has been excellent and I am always appreciative :-) Vedic meditation in itself is a very reassuring skill to have; I consistently use it to my advantage."Read More >
"When I first met Will and Jess - I really didn't know what to expect. A friend of mine had recommended meditation to help re-align my nervous system after the terrible emotional time I have had over the past few months with the death of a much loved family member and a stressful job. I was rather sceptical at first but I have kept an open mind throughout the process and so far have been pleasantly surprised. In less than a week, I am sleeping better than I have for a very long time, my skin is glowing, my tummy has flattened as my digestive system seems to have sped up and best of all, I am not getting as stressed out as I used to at work over daily little upsets - they just wash over me now. I'm kicking myself. Why didn't I try this years ago!"Read More >
"I have found my memory has definitely improved, especially my memory of what I have read which is good news because I found that quite challenging at university. I also remember conversations more vividly. My mind seems to be focussing on the relevant things rather than the distractions it sometimes gets caught up in. What is most encouraging is that I feel that each day that passes I am getting more and more in tune with myself and that I am becoming a more whole self-actualised person."Read More >
"I learned 5 weeks ago and my experience has been super positive. My anxiety and depression is lifting, I'm sleeping like a log, I have waves of energy, am super productive at work and less reactive to potentially stressful situations. My friends and colleagues have noticed how much calmer, balanced and happier I seem. I treasure the glimpses of bliss and tranquility I get to experience when I do this. Thank you!"Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
