"I was recommended this beginners course from a dear friend and to say I have been delighted is a complete understatement! I have tried some meditation previously with very little success and just presumed that I 'couldn't do it’ and it was a bit hippy and not for me, but the techniques have been transformational and I feel so excited at the possibilities and where it's going to take me in so many areas. "I learnt to meditate with Will a bit more than a year ago and still absolutely love it. I also have been on a few advanced courses and a retreat and recommend everyone to at least do a retreat. It is like finding the reset button for yourself. You completely unwind and re-energise in just one weekend."Read More >
"I do not have enough words to explain how much I have gained from these 8 hours of beginner course. It's impossible to explain unless you try it. Life-changing? Yes, life changing, that's the only reductive adjective that can partially describe this 8 hours! It's a changes the way you see (brighter), you feel (stronger and more intense), you smell, you touch, you perceive the world around you. "Read More >
"The feeling of happiness has been joined also by a state of calm that has helped me to deal with situations that would normally have made me a bag of nerves. I have found myself dealing with complex presentations without stressing out; I contribute to high level meetings clearly and confidently; I am able to talk with my wife over the phone without getting stressed even when I am having a high impact day"Read More >
"Vedic meditation has changed my life, It has helped to reduce the stress, I have more vitality and energy. It makes me feel better in my day to day and has opened me to new ways of feeling and living, everyone can practice and the benefits are incredible. Thanks Will"Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
