"The ongoing support from the whole team who are on hand by email or phone really made this course stand out for me, knowing they are their for any queries that might pop up, stands out so much from other meditation courses and you feel they really do care how their students progress. Finally love the meditation community (group medtations) which allows for a chance to chat with fellow mediators and also again bring up any questions and pick up tips from Will & Jess. I cannot recommend this course highly enough. if you really do want those positive life changes you're looking for then this is the course for you!"Read More >
"I had bought all the books, CDs and iPhone Apps out there on relaxation and "mindfulness". None of them worked as well as Vedic meditation. I am so happy with the way it has gone and the difference that it makes to my life that I am always preaching the "gospel according to Will" to friends and family members. Try it, you won't regret it! Another great add on to the meditation are the skills I learned on Will's rounding retreat. It's 4 days or bliss and relaxation in a beautiful environment. Many thanks to Will and Jess:. Without you I would have a lot more grey hair and would probably have burned out sooner rather than later! "Read More >
"Mediation for me, is a way to be able to engage with society even more and enjoy life even more. I would (and have) recommend it to anyone, no matter what age or type of person they are, as this is something for everyone. Anyone can do this and feel the benefits, as well as live busy lives in society to the full, so just give it a go and you will never look back."Read More >
"Meditation has also helped with so many other things such as confidence, efficiency and prioritising."Read More >
"Since learning this meditation technique with Will, I feel a strength and energy that really uplifts my day "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
