"I meditate using this knowledge, feeling confidence which gives me huge incentive to continue twice a day and it excites me knowing the more I practice the more benefits accumulate and the more then that I feel a peace of mind that sees me through the day."Read More >
"I initially thought that a meditation based on a mantra wasn't for me but I was open to try after a friend recommended me so highly to Will Williams Meditation. And two months down the line, I am enjoying it so much, I would recommend it to anyone. Surprisingly, I really like having a mantra and the one I was given really resonates with me. The 20 minutes meditation is reasonably easy to fit in the daily routine "Read More >
"Meditation facilitates deep physical and mental relaxation and leaves me feeling rested and more connected to the deeper strands of the world around me. In everyday life I am much calmer and when stress does arise I can deal with it better."Read More >
"Although initially skeptical, I booked a course with my fiancee largely for her benefit. 4 months on, wow. What an unbelievable difference and improvement I see in the structure of, not just my work productivity, but my life. With such a fantastic teacher, and now friend, in Will I am truly blessed to be where I am - a better person, intrinsically and extrinsically more successful and more controlled and focused. Thank you. I can't say that enough. "Read More >
"I have tried other types of meditation, most recently vipassana and mindfulness, but Vedic Meditation through Will's teaching came more easily and gave more than I had thought possible. I've found it increasingly profound and restorative in its effect on my life. It continually surprises me how peaceful and rejuvenating the experience is, I would recommend it to anyone. "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
