"Will is an excellent teacher: patient, caring, and passionate about sharing this gift with others. If you have any doubts, leave them behind and just take the course. It's 100% worth it and I can't recommend it enough!!"Read More >
"I have been pleasantly surprised by the results that I am already seeing after a month. I am much calmer, with significantly lower stress levels, and a general feeling of well being. Other people have also commented that they have seen a difference."Read More >
"I've found the meditations really soothing and I look forward to them. I've done one on a crowded train, a couple on a park bench and I've now got in the habit of meditating in the car before walking my dog in the morning. I find it incredibly comforting having this new tool to combat my anxiety and repetitive barrage of negative thoughts. I still struggle with letting them spiral but I feel it's making me calmer on the inside."Read More >
"I have just completed the Veda course, and found it the most incredible and giving experience of my life so far. The knowledge delivered over the weekends is both mind-expanding and beautiful, and Will is an incredible teacher. The main benefit for me is rather than struggling through life, I feel this course is helping me to develop the insight to live with much more freedom and expression, and to find my true self. If you are thinking of giving it a go, I would recommend you jump straight in. Thank you to Will and the team. "Read More >

After the talk
If, after meeting us and hearing more, you feel inspired to learn, you will have the opportunity to join a course at the end of the talk.
There is no obligation to learn. We understand that everyone must follow what feels best for them, so come with all your questions and we look forward to answering them.
Will’s Meditation HQ is perfect for teaching the art of Vedic meditation.
It is a large, light-filled relaxing space, with great views over London and tea on tap!
The session lasts approximately 1h, although it sometimes proves very stimulating and people find themselves asking lots of questions and getting really into it, so on occasion it will last a little bit more. If time is pressing, its fine to dash off whenever you need, you will find it enlivening and informative however long you stay.
The sessions are open to all so please feel free. There are limited places available so simply let us know as soon as you would like to book an extra place and we can set that aside for you.
No! This is certainly a classic stereotype, however these things are completely superfluous to effective meditation and can actually be somewhat counter-productive. We are all about providing meditation that is easy, comfortable and enjoyable, and which can be done at your convenience anywhere you wish – tube, train, bus, plane, coffee shop or park bench. Most people think you’re simply resting your eyes, when in actual fact you’re having a deep and blissful experience. It couldn’t be more ideal!
Every talk is different as it is aimed at covering whatever material the audience feels is relevant to them. Common themes are things such as learning how and why we get stressed, how we can begin to calm the stress response down, what different types of meditation you can access and where vedic meditation fits in.
