"Will Williams’ meditation technique is a gift that keeps on giving. I had no idea how powerful and life-enhancing meditating could be. I took the beginners’ course in June 2017 and in July 2018 I learned the Advanced Mantra technique. Vedic meditation is so good for me, because I am not someone who is particularly able to clear my head, think of nothing and sit in silence. . . so, it’s ideal that with this technique has an ‘effortless’ concept. Thank you, Will and the Team for your inspiration xxx "

"I have just completed the Veda course, and found it the most incredible and giving experience of my life so far. The knowledge delivered over the weekends is both mind-expanding and beautiful, and Will is an incredible teacher. The main benefit for me is rather than struggling through life, I feel this course is helping me to develop the insight to live with much more freedom and expression, and to find my true self. If you are thinking of giving it a go, I would recommend you jump straight in. Thank you to Will and the team. "

"As someone who juggles too many balls and drops some, meditation has been gently suggested to me a number of times but I ignored it; till it got desperate and I did Will’s introductory course. Suddenly I was given very practical help with mediation explained in a scientific way and with great kindness, I was converted. I recently did a weekend retreat which explores the world more and the benefits have been huge. Yes it’s hard to maintain the routine but the positive effect when I do is huge. What also helps is the support that Will and his team constantly give. I’d really strongly recommend you try it. "

"I was delighted by the whole thing. It was a refreshing experience that left me feeling positive and energised and happy to continue with something that I know will be extremely beneficial in my life. I only wish I had discovered it much, much earlier. I thought Will’s manner wonderfully beguiling. He embodied the efficacy of his beliefs being calm, thoughtful, highly responsive, engaging, enlightening without being preachy and altogether compelling! I hope to never look back. I will tell all my friends and family about this wonderful technique and I will look out for Will’s book and buy it and I would love to keep in touch and drop in for the odd group meditation as a refresher. Of course it’s very early days for me and I don’t have any doubt at all that it is going to help me sleep better and live better!! Wonderful!! Thank you so much!! xxx "

"I did the initial meditation course over a year ago and have felt great benefits to my life since. An improved sense of calm and clarity and productivity and creativity perhaps being the most obvious. Not to say that life doesn’t still hold its challenges, but regular meditation helps to find a smoother path. The retreat was a fantastic experience. Even if I was trepidatious at first, and it felt like a big commitment on every level – it was worth it and I spent a very memorable, healing and nurturing few days. My only recommendation would be to be sure you can take it nice and easy for a good few days afterwards!!!  I feel very grateful for Will and his gang and the fantastic work they are doing. "

"An amazing course. Before starting I had not really attempted meditation before and I can firmly say that this was a weekend I am sure will stay with me for years to come as I hope my meditation practice will. I now feel equipped with just the right amount of knowledge to commit to this new part of life. I highly recommend the course to anyone looking for change and a greater perspective. "

"I found the beginners course absolutely perfect even though I had done some meditation before; but it would have been equally suitable for someone with absolutely no experience. The whole approach to Vedic meditation at Will Williams is profoundly respectful to the tradition from whence it comes, but without requiring (or even asking for) belief in anything. I felt the personal instruction was tailored to me as an individual and was not just recited from a script. The two group sessions were very enjoyable and informative. Everyone was encouraged to share their experiences and comments but nobody was pounced on or made uncomfortable in any way. In short, I have found what I have been looking for. "

I seem to be on better grounding and into the swing of practicing twice daily, every day. The meditations are experiences that range from profound to roving. I’ve been to the group sessions since to help me realign and its interesting to hear peoples feedback.
Outside of the meditation, I feel more grounded, focused and calm. For me, the meditation is truely beneficial and helps me in a holistic way.

Many thanks for your help in the tuition, I found it interesting and inspirational. "

Will was very engaging and reassuring, even when the experience was challenging, and I felt safe to explore in the workshop setting. "I feel so much calmer, stronger, more confident, focused and able to make decisions more easily. I also feel so much more accepting of myself and have stopped giving myself such a hard time. So many people have commented on how much brighter I look. Friends have said that I look ‘glowing’, ‘radiant’ and ‘taller’ (better posture!?), and a colleague said she could see a lightness and happiness in my eyes that wasn’t there before! I’ve absolutely LOVED the last week! I’ve really enjoyed adding rounding into my meditation practice. I have stayed clear of caffeine as well, I haven’t needed it!Food has tasted more delicious, the world has looked brighter, I have had more energy and in the last week I have had an incredible clarity which has helped me to make some pretty big decisions! Life is looking like it’s on the up! Thank you! "

"I’ve been meditating for just over a month now and I’ve found that doing the course has improved areas of my life that I wasn’t previously aware needed improving, as well as benefited me in the way I hoped. I have a much stronger sense of clarity and awareness and no longer feel like an anxiety ridden mess when faced with tough life decisions. Instead of my mood being quite up and down, I now feel at a consistent level of calm and no longer feel worried about how I’m going to feel from one day to the next. On a practical level I feel as if I notice much more around me, can now sleep all the way through the night without waking up, have more energy, am more interested in others and noticing that I am laughing a lot more (as well as hearing music in mundane sounds?!). It’s so helpful to have something which brings you back to an equilibrium every single day and just feels like an ultimate act of self love. Excited to see what will happen after five years, if it’s only been five weeks. And thank you Jess for being such a knowledgeable and patient teacher. "
